Diagnosing a syndrome in a child (what do you think)?

I really have no answer for your question but I would appreciate it if you could clarify something for me.Does the school have any sort of testing to monitor what age or grade level the child is learning at? Does the school use any sort of Individual Education Plan for children who you suspect have or have been identified as having learning exceptionalities? It is a shame that we have come so far and yet some people will fail to meet their fullest potential at school due to sheer ignorance.I would imagine that you find this sort of attitude very frustrating.I must thank you for at least caring.Take care.
