Is there Anyway to Recover an Address Book from a Deleted or Toosed Yahoo Email Account?

My account was placed in the TOSS File but I have lost many VERY IMPORTANT EMAIL ADDRESS`s, and FOLDERS THAT WERE IN MY OLD EMAIL INBOX can I get ANY INFORMATION BACK AT ALL??
