Hello, I am 24 and I live on my own. My parents divorced when I was 13, and my mom passed away about 4 years ago. My Dad has been with my step mom for several years, and they just got married. She is wonderful! Anyway, over the past few years, her and I have gotten EXTREMELY close! She calls me her daughter, which I love, and I would call her my mom if I didn't already have one. I dont want to call her "stepmom" when I talk to her. (sometimes she'll call and say "hello daughter" and I hate saying "hello stepmom" and calling her by her name doesnt seem personal enough. Can you guys help me think of a more endearing term?
