We did not find results for: is there a grocery surplus/ grocery bent and dent/ grocery discount store in elpa?

I am trying to find a cheap grocery store in or near el paso texas. where i moved from we had a grocery store that carried dented and damaged packaged foods and charged very little for the groceries. for example 25 cents for a box of mac and cheese. Does any one know if there is such a place in El Paso Texas?
