I have pretty bad emotional issues, I'll admit. I have depression, OCD, I'm shy, I'm sensitive and I'm insecure. I guess that got to be too much for my boyfriend. Last night he told me he can't be my only emotional support (and I agree...I really didn't mean to make him my only emotional support...) and that this whole thing is getting hard to handle and he wants to take a break but he isn't breaking up. Yeah right. I know from experience that that is a guys easy way out of a relationship. So basically it's over. We were together for almost a year...and I got really attached, and so did he which is why I'm surprised this happened. But I'm so broken hearted. I can't eat...food just doesn't seem appealing to me. I'm actually dropping some weight. And I can't sleep. I toss and turn all night because my heart literally hurts. What can I do?

I really, really hate school. I hate going to school, I hate being in school, I hate being around everyone at school. It's not even the workload, really. I just feel like everything is plastic. The concepts they teach are rigid, the teachers are arrogant, and the people there tend to have so much enthusiasm that they come across as shallow. I'm almost out of high school (my last exam is tomorrow), and I can't wait until everything's finished and I'm done for good. The only thing is, I'm pretty much an adult now - I'm 18, and this fall I have to start looking for a job. I'm actually a bit afraid of what comes next. The world seems like such a cold, uncaring place. Employers generally strike me as very harsh, judgmental, and condescending. If you're even slightly irresponsible, you could wind up without a job so fast that your head will spin. One false move can land you in jail, and society has no sympathy for people who don't fully abide by the law. Adults are expected to figure things out by themselves. I'm terrified of the prospect that I'm going to be tossed into such a brutal "sink-or-swim" world. A world where I could easily wind up homeless, isolated, overwhelmed, and depressed. I have no idea what career would best suit me. So as excited as I am to leave high school, I'm completely lost. What's there to look forward to?

I am 13 & always fly southwest. You're not an unacompanied minor anymore, you are considered an "adult" at 12. You would not have to bring any birth certificates, and yes, you can take connecting flights. Being an "adult" now, means you can basically do anything your parents would do as well. Plenty of time to sleep but simply cant?

So lately ive been unemployed and able to sleep till i wanna wake up. I need an opinion on noisy neighbors?

I would like an opinion on this incident. My husband and two young sons live in a duplex type apartment. Our living room wall is connected to someone else. In my personal opinion it is disrespectful to blast music when you're attached to another person's home. They blast their music so loud that we have to blast our tv to hear it..and they have surround sound which doesn't make it any better. I think it's a habit that some people have and most of the time don't even realize they are doing it. Ideas on what to feed my 1 yr old for lunch?

If you just didn't go then they may just put you on hold for 6 months. The best thing to always do is talk to your AFCO and be honest - show them how much it means to you. for infantry or non commissioned I think you get a second chance as long as you let them know! although 6 months as a penalty wouldn't be surprising.

Well, my brother got mad at me for calling him stupid so he took my computers tower and tossed it down 3 story stair well at my apartment. But when i plugged it worked. The thing is there are two ways that the government can fix the economy. The first of the two is monetary policy. This is when the banks lower interest rates. This takes time to work however. On top of this the interest rates are as low as they can get right now. The other of the two is Fiscal policy. This is when the government uses expansionary fiscal policy to fix the economy. It is fast working, and creates jobs overnight. It creates a multiply effect of the money pumped into the economy. A very good example of this was Obama's bailout plan. Economist measured the size of the recession and said that they needed to spend three times as much as they did to fix the economy. The gov. already being far in debt was not comfortable spending this kind of money. However what they did, including the bailouts had a positive effect on the economy. From what I see in Michigan which was the worst off economics die to the big three failing basically, it has now began to turn around. The car company's have hired a lot of people back to work, and I know Chrysler already payed the government back. Why not spend more money if it is shown to work? Well right now the Democrats want to raise the budget deficit, and the republicans are fighting it, and trying to make the democrats look bad. Its all trying to look good for the republicans. I am not saying just republican do this. When Bush wanted to raise the deficit, Obama voted against it as a Senator.I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that we have political party, and they are fighting each others solutions to fix the economy, just to get re-elected. Economics is a very tricky thing, but from what I have learned/heard, the answers are there, and the two sides will not work together. It is quite a shame when you think about it. Why is he acting distant?

me nd this guy have known one another for a very long time. We hadn't seen each other or spoken in a while about a year or so until just not too long ago. After I saw him we started texting each other all the time and everyday. We also would say gnight and gmorning to each other. He asked me to see him a couple days ago and I did. Okay guys, help me out. I have asked several female friends, and none of them can figure this guy out, though they all seem to think he is interested in some unconventional way. Before class, I'll lean down to rummage through my bag, look up to ask him something, and he'll be leaning forward looking directly at me, as if waiting to start a conversation. Never once before I sent the lyrics has he started a conversation with me; since then, if there is ten minutes of conversation among classmates, he will probably start three conversations with me, pertaining to arbitrary questions from observances. He has mirrored my body language and looked at me as he's doing it...I even wasn't sure if he really was, so I pretended to be confused when I saw him mirroring a particularly unusual posture and immediately changed my posture, and he spent like five seconds shifting around trying to decide if he should change his posture or not. Not to mention the more typical signs, like him sitting with his legs open and pointed toward me, stretching his arms behind his head and then looking my way, etc. When I eventually just asked him if he ever looked at the lyrics, he said he did and they were really good, but he doesn't normally collaborate, so he doesn't know...and he likes to know the story behind lyrics before he works on them. My friends said it was a loaded question, that he wanted to know more about me, since they were interesting lyrics for sure, but wouldn't he have just replied on facebook that my lyrics were really good, he definitely wants to help me with them, and maybe I can tell him the story behind them? I am so confused. I would say he might just be boosting his ego by seeing if I'll openly respond to the subtlest indication that he's interested, but I don't think he's the type, and my friends also believe that he's definitely interested but that they don't exactly get it. And, yes, I know I could always just be more upfront with him, but I tried that in the beginning of the semester by saying something about his hair, and the other guys looked at him like there was an inside joke happening, so I am not brave enough to try it again.

Overall it's OK. Not Shakespeare, but a good romantic poem. Watch word choice. If you're going to use vernacular like "cuz" then "strife" isn't a good fit. Also, words like "reproduced" sound too scientific for a poem of this type. Work on choosing words that suit the sound of the poem. Some of the phrases don't make much sense to me. Also, TKs Wave does extra damage against shields...so it works great to bring his shields down then switch to an smg or combat rifle to.get his health down. Also, feel free to spam your action move and nades. I really suggest going back to skag gully though

Why does my 7 year old say she hates herself?

My 7 year old daughter frequently says she hates herself and also says she doesn't care if she dies. She is a single child and is with me (and my fiance) during the week and with her dad and step-mom on the weekends. I feel she gets plenty of attention from everyone no matter whom she is with so I don't think she is saying this for attention. I am worried this could be early signs of depression. Her teacher this past year did notice she has a low self-esteem and I have been trying to praise her more often. It's almost like she does things she knows she shouldn't do (like toss the cat or throw toys in the house) but then says she is 'so very sorry' and is extremely hard on herself after wards. She has even put herself in time out a number of times over little things.... we don't even use time out at my house. She is a very emotional child (always has been) and I have tried sitting down and asking her if something is bothering her when she gets upset but she always says she doesn't know. Any advice on how to handle this? I have already talked to her pediatrician but that didn't get my anywhere. She has been seeing a counselor (monthly) since December but it doesn't seem to be helping much
