I am gay. Why do many gay men annoy me?

You know... back in a galaxy far, far away.... when the gays weren't all in your face about it. I mean, I just get easily annoyed with flittering queens who have to dance around with glitter shooting out their bum. Do this many gay men really have these flamboyant personalities? Or is it just for attention? I also have male friends who are Drag Queens. Great guys... one in particular is very sweet & endearing. he's one of the "glittery" ones I describe. But, he doesn't annoy me. I feel that he is just truly like that...lol. just an example of one in particular who I don't think does it for attention. thoughts on why I get so easily annoyed at some but not others like him?
