What ever happened to the balanced budget and the surplus Clinton left for Bush?

You don't understand. The super rich need more money. They need to feed their ego so Bush gave away 2.5 TRILLION dollars to them in tax breaks so they wouldn't starve to death. Remember the one with the most money when they die, wins!
