What is up with my cat?

The grooming is just inherent to some cats, my 4 year old tiger cat will groom me even after I have just gotten out of the shower...he is just letting you know that he loves you and that you are dirty. My cat loves to groom my head after I bic it bald. As far the legs and the tail...I am not sure it isnt something I have seen in a cat before.
