Why can't jesus heal his father joseph?Why you dont know much about joseph?

There have been devout men of God who prayed for certain sick people and while praying, God spoke to them in their spirit saying I have taken this child of mine to glory and not to pray for their healing. When God wants to take someone to heaven he can because he gives life and can take it away in his time. Nobody knows the plans of God and why the apostle John was chosen to care for Mary after the crucifixion.
